Dear Seongnam city citizens!
I am Lee Duk Soo, chairman of the first half of the ninth Seongnam City Council.

As a representative organization of the citizens, Seongnam City Council will work hard for the development of civil society and a better future through cooperation and policy research without discrimination between the ruling and opposition parties.

As a council faithful to the basics and principles,
an honest and frugal council,
a fair and kind council,
we will create a modest yet dignified council,
strictly distinguish between construction work and take the initiative to carry out construction work first,
and place a top priority on assisting members in their parliamentary activities.

We ask for your great interest in the parliamentary activities of the Seongnam City Council, and do not spare your opinions for the development of Seongnam City, such as encouragement and advice.
